Today for the Challenge: Blackberry Cobbler This is a cobbler made in your cast iron pan.   Details will be on the recipe page later today!

Definitely a Thumbs Down for these. :( They were too, crunchy for my taste. My sister says, she has a recipe for no flour peanut butter cookies. I will definitely ask for her recipe next time. She says they are delicious. My daughter said, I like your original Peanut Butter Cookie recipe. :) OK, this is number 2 out of 12 that the family and myself didn't like. Pretty good odds, I would say!!!!!

These cookies were scrumptious. Chewy oatmeal texture, with a peanut butter taste. These will definitely be on my Cookie list. My husband said, "They are in line with the famous Chocolate chip cookie. " So, that is a plus!!!  The family gave them a Thumbs Up!!!!

Happy Summer! Summer has definitely come. We have had some warm weather and humidity to go with it. Thunder storms are coming in tonight. They are always fun to listen too.   As I take my daily walks, I see new flowers, berries, and lot of green foliage.   Added some new photos to the Outdoor Page! For the Challenge today: Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Details on the Recipe Page!!!!

Working hard to reveal the transformation!!!!  I am putting on a third coat of paint today. Sometimes it takes a few coats to get the look that you are going for. Since it is a dark wood, and I am painting it red, it seems to need a few coats. You may use a primer, but I decided that I am going to distress it and make a old look, so I opted out of the primer.  It has been extremely humid here in Muncy PA for the past few days. Painting out in the garage is not pleasant.  Yuck :( I am putting a coat on in the morning and hoping for some cooler weather to hit it again this evening. "Thumbs Up" Peach in a loaf pan bread. Never thought, but loved it. Extremely moist, and the flavor is remarkable. Adding the nuts, with the sugar and flour on top made a great crusted top. I definitely would recommend this loaf.

The family gives it a "thumbs up ". This is a fabulous summer loaf.  The blueberry and lemon flavor is scrumptious together.  This would be a great addition to a Sunday brunch.
