Hello my readers, What a humid hot day here in Muncy PA. My daughter and I spotted our first Fire Fly sighting for the summer. Not very many out yet. We love sitting on the porch and seeing the light show on these hot summer evening. My day was about shopping, taking care of household hoopla. Worked on some crafts and stayed cool. Hello Readers, What a beautiful holiday weekend. I hope all my readers out there had a fabulous weekend. Lets give a salute to all Past and Present  men and woman serving in our Military. Can you believe that we are almost into June. Summer is creeping up on us. I am so loving the Season's now that we live in Pennsylvania.  I would love to share this Chocolate Cake that I made for the family. It is so rich, moist and to die for. If you are a chocolate lover, you will so enjoy this cake.  My chocolate cake with just the right amount of frosting...not to much and not to little!!!!! Chocolate Cake Recipe! 2 cups of sugar 1 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup cocoa 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanila 1 cup boiling water Preheat oven to 350* Grease and flour two 9 in. round cake pans.  Combine dry ingredients in bowl or your kitchen aide.
