Today is Tuesday and it seems like a Monday. You ever have those days? It's like this, the kids need something for school that they should of asked for a week ago, but no they need it now. This started my day, and then the washer is acting up. We will need to call a repair guy, I am sure of it. The car needs new brake pads, we discovered this a few day ago. You know that saying, "When it rains, it poors" I am certainly feeling that. On another note, I made some peanutbutter cookies today. These cookies are easy and my family loves them. So I thought I would share with you. Easy Peanutbutter Cookies 1 cup of shortning 1cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Preheat oven to 350* Mix (using counter mixer or hand held mixer) together shortning and sugars until creamy and fluffy.
