Delmonico Potatoes
  • This dish is a Thumbs Up, it is a cheesy delicious dish. The family loves it.
Autumn Vegetable Mash
  • These mashed potatoes had an excellent taste. I liked them. The family ate them and no complaints. They didn't say no, but didn't rave. If your family loves their traditional mashed potatoes, they may frown.  
Mashed Potato Hot Dish

  • This dish is a comfort meal with great taste.  Good idea for using left over mashed potatoes. I didn't prefer the frozen green beans. I would change to steamed fresh or canned. They were to crunchy. This is a fabulous quick dinner idea.
Spicy Buffalo Style Potato Wedges
  • These are scrumptious potato wedges. Excellent taste, just the right spicy flavor.

Falling into the Season!

 Fall is my favorite season!!! It's time to decorate as we fall into the autumn scents that fill the air, the taste of a pumpkin latte or apple cider as you enjoy the family on the porch on a cooler evening. As the leaves turn colors and start to fall, the little footsteps you will hear from the little goblins and witches by the end of October.
