 Loaded Red Potato Casserole

  • The family gave this dish a "Thumbs Up". My daughter went back for seconds. She loved them!!! I also enjoyed the yummy taste. It is mashed potatoes with a awesome explosion of flavor.
Fanned Potato

  • These were a great simple baked potato,  if you love your potato with butter, salt and pepper. This is the potato for you. Fabulous with a hamburger!!!   "Thumbs Up"
Crispy Potato Cake

  • A "Thumbs Up" for a fancy way of making hash browns. If you like, this could also make a potato dish with a dinner. They didn't last around here this morning, we had it with eggs and sausage. Yum!!

Falling into the Season!

 Fall is my favorite season!!! It's time to decorate as we fall into the autumn scents that fill the air, the taste of a pumpkin latte or apple cider as you enjoy the family on the porch on a cooler evening. As the leaves turn colors and start to fall, the little footsteps you will hear from the little goblins and witches by the end of October.
