Day 7 of Cooking with Potatoes Challenge

Today is the last day of my short Cooking with Potatoes Challenge.  
I tried a few new recipes and shared a couple of my favorite ones. Potatoes have so many different types and ways to prepare them.  I hope you enjoyed this short time we had sharing potatoes. Crispy Potato Cake

OK, I will say the name is a fancy name for pan hash browns. They are easy to make this way and stick together very well. 

Enjoy with eggs, bacon or sausage and toast. Makes a great weekend breakfast.

Falling into the Season!

 Fall is my favorite season!!! It's time to decorate as we fall into the autumn scents that fill the air, the taste of a pumpkin latte or apple cider as you enjoy the family on the porch on a cooler evening. As the leaves turn colors and start to fall, the little footsteps you will hear from the little goblins and witches by the end of October.
